ZELDA – ADOPTED IN GERMANY

UPDATE: Zelda was adopted by a family in Germany.
This is Zelda, the dog who always smiles.
Zelda and her friend Inna lived all their life on a field, near a sheep farm. How they managed to survive there for so many years is nothing short of amazing! Fortunately, the man who found them built a little shelter for the dogs there on that field and he continued to take care of them for several years. But now things have changed, the nearby area has become residential, with houses being built just a few meters away from their place, and people were beginning to complain about the dogs. Sadly, one of the dogs from their pack was found dead one day, and that’s when we were contacted and asked us if we could take the dogs from there.
Despite the fact that they have never been socialized and only lived on that field, they are both very friendly and good with people.
Zelda has been in our care at Howl Of A Dog in Romania for approximately 2 months and right now she is being fostered by a family in Germany, near Cologne.
Zelda is approximately 6-7 years old, she has a nice, lively temperament and gets along great with all dogs. She adores being around people and always smiles when she’s being petted, which she absolutely loves!
Additional info: medium size, 16 kg (35lbs), spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Please note that we accept adoption applications from other countries as well (https://www.howlofadog.org/adoption-procedure/). And if you are in Germany and would like to meet our sweet Zelda, please let us know.
